We have successfully managed 11 separate projects over the past four years ranging from full HVAC replacements to single-piece-of-equipment replacements. Systems serve multiple areas within several schools, including classrooms, administration, gymnasiums, music rooms, and the library.
Some of the critical challenges faced during these projects have included maintaining scope, schedule, and budget during the uncertainties and industry impacts due to COVID-19. This included disruptions to design and construction and supply chain and logistics challenges resulting in construction schedule delays. By working with the owner and contractors to adjust the schedule to create construction windows and order long-lead items early, we were able to avoid disruptions to school operations.
