Alaska Airlines
SeaTac, WA

Wood Harbinger reviewed the data center facility on second floor of the Alaska Airlines McGee Building and provided an analysis and report of recommendations for upgrading and replacing the HVAC equipment.  Tasks included an initial kick off meeting, site visits, and developing the draft and final report.  Methodologies included discussions with IT personnel, an evaluation of the existing conditions of the HVAC and power equipment, and an analysis of the network system layout within the data center.  The deliverables include energy use analysis, a brief construction narrative, Tier II failure analysis, a phasing plan, a cost estimate and a life cycle cost analysis for each of three recommended construction projects.
