We provided mechanical and electrical design and commissioning services for this 56,000-SF LEED-Silver-certified maintenance and transportation warehouse facility. This new building houses seven maintenance bays for buses and fleet vehicles, parts storage, fueling and washing stations, along with offices and locker rooms for the bus drivers.

The school maintenance department includes office space and shop facilities for wood working, metal shop, and painting along with their parts storage. The warehouse portion of the building serves as a distribution center for all District education and food services materials. The site also accommodates parking for 160 school buses, staff, and district fleet vehicles.
