DJC: Notkin and Wood Harbinger team up

The Seattle DJC recently published a press release about Notkin Wood Harbinger Alliance. See the article below or on the DJC’s website here.

Notkin Mechanical Engineers and Wood Harbinger are pursuing new work and doing new projects as a team under the name Notkin Wood Harbinger Alliance.

The Alliance offers mechanical, electrical and fire protection engineering; commissioning services; and integrated technologies consulting. Its target markets are health care, military, higher education, aviation, waterfront, research, transportation, civic/municipal and cultural arts.

Notkin and Wood Harbinger are still two separate companies. Both brands will continue to exist concurrent with the Notkin Wood Harbinger Alliance brand. Their intent is to combine the firms into one company in about five years.

Last week, Wood Harbinger moved its office to 929 108th Ave. N.E., Suite 1000, in Bellevue. Notkin Mechanical Engineers is at 2301 Fifth Ave. in Seattle.

Wood Harbinger and Notkin have worked together for over 20 years. In a press release, the locally-owned companies said they have similar cultures and values, including collaboration, client relationships and quality of work.

As Notkin Wood Harbinger Alliance, they have over 80 designers and engineers and a combined 116 years of engineering experience in the Northwest.
