Wood Harbinger provided a total electrical service upgrade for Building W-2 at Terminal
115 to accommodate the storage and maintenance of Northland Service’s refrigerated containers.
The project included new 15kV service drop coordination with Seattle City Light, and numerous
coordination issues with existing utilities and the Burlington Northern Railroad.
