Wood Harbinger provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the preliminary design of
Capital Levy Safety Improvement Projects in nine schools throughout the Edmonds School
District. Wood Harbinger:

Reviewed existing conditions and defined the scope of work;

Prepared preliminary construction costs for the required scope of work; and

Assisted the District in developing a multi-year construction plan to match Levy revenue availability.
Subsequent to the preliminary design, Wood Harbinger prepared the final design and provided construction
inspection services for the Lab Safety Improvement Projects at Edmonds-Woodway High School,
Meadowdale Middle School, College Place Middle School, and Mountlake Terrace High School.
