Wood Harbinger provided mechanical and electrical design services for 2 dormitories at the Fort
Simcoe Job Corps training campus outside of Yakima, WA. The project entailed the
design of a 136-bed, 30,000 SF male dormitory and a 102-bed, 23,000 SF co-ed dormitory.
Services also included an analysis of existing campus water and sewer infrastructure to ensure the
seamless integration of future buildings within the campus.
