Savery Hall Renovation

University of Washington - Seattle, WA

Wood Harbinger is providing the mechanical engineering for the project Pre-Design Study and follow on construction documents. Savery Hall is a 102,000 SF historic building that was constructed in two phases. The three-story north structure was built in 1916 and the four-story south addition in 1919. In this project, all of the mechanical and plumbing systems will be completely removed and replaced. In addition, new fire sprinklers will be installed throughout the building.

The program for the renovated building includes computer labs, research labs, administrative offices, and classrooms.

The design goal is LEED Silver Certification. More Sustainable Design/LEED Certification Projects.
