Wood Harbinger commissioned newly installed mechanical equipment and upgraded direct digital
control (DDC) systems for the King County Sheriff Precint #3. Systems installed in this project included
new heat pumps with auxiliary electric heat. The upgraded DDC system interfaced with packaged unit controls.
At King County Public Health Center in Auburn, we commissioned newly installed mechanical equipment
and upgraded DDC systems. The new systems installed in this project included heat pump units with
outside air fans to supply ventilation air to the system. In addition there are packaged roof-top AC units with gas heat.
For the King County Public Health Center in White Center, Wood Harbinger commissioned newly installed mechanical
equipment and upgraded DDC systems. The new systems include packaged AC units with gas heat. One system
also has variable volume diffusers that provide additional zone control. The DDC systems interface with packaged unit
controls and variable volume diffusers.
