Terrace Park K-8 School. For the Edmonds School District, we:

Monitored construction progress to ensure that systems were installed properly for start-up, testing, and commissioning;

Coordinated start-up, balancing, and commissioning schedule with the Contractor;

Participated in the functional performance testing and systems operational demonstrations;

Inspected electrical panels and their schedules;

Tested electrical receptacles for proper wiring;

Verified data, lighting, security, intercom, and ground fault systems for proper operation; and

Prepared commissioning report summarizing our findings.
