Wood Harbinger was the mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications Commissioning Agent for the new 332,530 SF John Stanford Center for Educational Excellence and provided the following services:

Developed the Commissioning Plan;

Developed a narrative of control sequences;

Reviewed bid documents;

Witnessed and verified the satisfactory completion of equipment, component, and inter-system functional performance tests;

Reviewed subcontractor's start-up plans and provided written comments;

Monitored testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) work; and
-
Coordinated with Seattle Public Schools' personnel involved with equipment, component, and system performance verification and training.
When commissioning was successfully completed, we recommended acceptance to Seattle Public Schools.
