Reviewing Contractor's startup plan;

Reviewing Contractor's equipment and component test procedures;

Reviewing Contractor's system and inter-system functional performance test procedures;

Witnessing, verifying, and approving completion of equipment and component, system, and inter-system functional performance tests;

Coordining Port of Seattle personnel involved with equipment, component, and system performance verification; and
-
Recommending final acceptance to Port of Seattle when commissioning was successfully completed.
