Wood Harbinger provided the mechanical design to renovate the central campus dining
and kitchen facilities and add meeting rooms. The project added 29,000 SF and renovated 7,000 SF, for a total of 36,000 SF.
Wood Harbinger's design included fire protection, a hydronic heating system, a packaged rooftop heat pump, a
fireplace draft fan, VAV single duct terminal units, fan-powered parallel-type air terminal units, and a DDC system.
