Wood Harbinger provided mechanical engineering services for the Central Terminal Expansion
(CTE) at Sea-Tac International Airport. The CTE project created a grand central space at
the center of the airport's main terminal. The space provides passengers with a greater variety of
retail shopping, dining, and entertainment. It also provides passengers with beautiful panoramic views
of the airfield, the Olympic Mountains, and Mount Rainier from a new 70-foot high atrium.
The project included Pacific Marketplace, a new dining and retail area with over 20
stores, 7 cafes, and a restaurant. A 52,000 SF Maintenance and Distribution Center was provided in the
basement below the Ramp Level.
