this design-build project at Naval Station Everett.
The Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) has 66 multiple occupancy modules used for housing permanent personnel
and 8 resident advisor single occupancy units with bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and
private bathroom. Building features include a gym, laundry, lounge, and library with internet access.
Typical mechanical and electrical systems for the BEQ were designed to the 20-30% level. Utility
systems included water, sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, electrical service, and complete telecommunications infrastructure.
