Under a work order contract, Wood Harbinger provided design and construction administration services
for HVAC, fire protection, and electrical system upgrades to multiple King County facilities.
Services included evaluation of the existing HVAC, fire protection, and electrical systems. Several
of the projects required that the work be implemented after normal working hours, since
the buildings remained occupied during construction.
