Wood Harbinger is providing the mechanical and electrical design and construction administration
services for this three-phase project.
Phases I and II include a new 80,000 SF 3-level structure, a significant addition relative
to existing facilities. The new addition strives to create a warm, family-type
atmosphere. The main floor is dedicated to surgery functions and includes 5 operating rooms and
an outpatient surgery clinic. The upper level provides space for 44 beds. The
lower level houses the laboratory, conference center, office space, and electrical and mechanical rooms.
Phase III is renovating the space that was vacated by functions that moved to the new
addition. Predominant among remodeled areas are the emergency room, childbirth center,
radiology suite, and admitting offices.
