Wood Harbinger designed new steam and condensate piping from the existing steam plant to
over 15 buildings, all within the Department of Corrections' perimeter fence.
The piping was routed through at-grade or below-grade utilidors. The piping replaced the existing
direct buried steam and condensate piping, while tying into the existing piping within each building.
