Electrical Infrastructure System Plan

Sea-Tac International Airport - SeaTac, WA

Wood Harbinger provided the 2001 Electrical Infrastructure System Plan (EISP) for Sea-Tac International Airport.

The EISP for the primary electrical power systems, secondary power systems, and emergency power systems included:
  • Identifying systems, planning assumptions, and expansion needs;
  • Inventorying and assessing existing systems and conditions;
  • Defining existing systems' connected loads, capacity, and demand;
  • Updating models of existing systems;
  • Developing alternative system configurations;
  • Identifying pros and cons of various alternatives;
  • Recommending alternatives with rationale;
  • Updating systems load forecasts;
  • Defining future load growth;
  • Developing a yearly implementation plan for the selected development configuration; and
  • Updating the Infrastructure Master Systems Design Standards and Guide Specifications.
