Senior Mechanical Engineer - The ideal candidate has a proactive approach to projects, a sense of urgency to deliver projects on time and on budget, and the ability to build positive relationships with fellow employees and clients while leading the design of major projects.

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and/or registered Professional Engineer
• 10 plus years of experience, preferably in consulting engineering
• HVAC system design experience for higher education, aviation, municipal, military, and medical facilities a plus
• Able to conduct life cycle cost studies and sustainability (LEED) certifications
• Experience with design/bid/build and design/build projects is beneficial
• Proficient with Microsoft software; experience with AutoCAD 2007 is desirable
• Proficient in field investigation
• Active in professional organizations (e.g., ASHRAE, SAME, WSSHE)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
