Wood Harbinger is providing mechanical commissioning services for Key Bank’s Greenlake Branch tenant improvements. Commissioning services include developing a Commissioning Plan and the Start-up and Functional Test Performance of: split systems, terminal units, exhaust fan, electric baseboard, energy monitoring, lighting controls and water heater. We are also providing training coordination, test documentation review, and final acceptance.

Because this facility is designed for LEED Silver Certification, our commissioning team will verify that the energy related systems are installed, calibrated, and perform as intended.
