Project Management Services
Approximately 35-40% of Wood Harbinger’s work is performed as the Prime Consultant, providing overall project management for the design team. Much of this prime work is done on highly technical projects for hospital, military, aerospace, educational, and industrial clients.
As a prime consultant, our project managers and engineers are familiar with the responsibility of managing sub-consultants, internal staff, project scope and schedule, budgets, and the owner’s needs and expectations. This experience gives our engineers valuable insight into the requirements of project management when we work as sub-consultants on a design team.
Wood Harbinger’s project management approach continually focuses on the needs of the owner. Key elements of our approach include:
- Schedule Compliance;
- Staffing as required to meet the schedule;
- Coordination between the disciplines;
- Adherence to the client’s standards;
- Preparation of the documents at each of the submittal stages;
